Alex Moore Coaching
I specialise in supporting, equipping and encouraging parents as they navigate the sometimes bumpy and frequently perplexing journey of parenting. I am a parent of three adult children, trained coach and experienced teacher based in Windsor who offers personalised coaching packages to support you to be the best parent you can possibly be.
Start a chatAs a parent, are you...
Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and struggling with your children?
Finding it hard to juggle the demands of parenthood, work and general life?
Wishing you could relax and enjoy your children?
Feeling that you are failing and constantly feeling guilty?
Struggling to co-parent your child?
Not sure how to communicate with your child?
Wishing you could be honest about how you are feeling?
Feeling isolated, alone and unseen?
Wondering why everyone listens and respects you at work, but it seems to be different at home?
Feeling like everyone else has got it all together and that you are the only one who hasn’t?
If any of these resonate with you, I can help...
I am a mother of 3 grown up children (who has made masses of mistakes over the years and still do!)
I have been a teacher for over 25 years and have worked with countless parents to equip, empower and encourage them to be the best possible parent for their child
I have run numerous parenting groups over the years (and discovered that most people feel like they are failing and feel guilty!)
I get great satisfaction from helping parents move forward in their relationship with their children and feel privileged to witness how this allows both parents and children to flourish and thrive
What my previous clients say
"Alex is particularly skilled at guiding parents through the complexities of supporting their children. She is highly supportive, gentle and unfailingly positive. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate, non-judgemental support. Alex has a unique gift for helping you to realise and unearth the strengths you already possess."
Anneliese, Aylesbury
"Alex provides incredibly supportive coaching sessions that truly made a difference in my approach to parental challenges. She listened with kindness and understanding, offering insights that helped me gain clarity and confidence. I’m grateful for her guidance and the positive impact it’s had on me."
Karen, Manchester
"After my first session with Alex, I think my son thought he had two new parents. The shift in my perspective and understanding of my son has been a game-changer. Alex gently helped me understand my role as a parent and find the focus to overcome my frustration. The amazing outcome has been that we are all happier and more harmonious in our communication. Alex creates a space of no judgement, allowing for an honest conversation from the beginning. I am so grateful."
Lisa, Ascot
"Alex is a warm and friendly coach who automatically put me at ease. It can be hard discussing challenging issues that you are having with your children, but Alex made it easy to be myself and I felt able to tell her what was really on my mind.
She is always warm and caring and never judgemental. Highly recommended for any parent looking for a coach who is adept at coaching parents through challenging times."
Gael, Caterham
My coaching process
1
Initial conversation
Before agreeing to coach you, it is essential I am clear about the current issues and what it is that you are looking for help with. It is also an opportunity for me to explain how I work and for you to ask any questions you might have.

Bespoke package
As each situation is different, the support you need will be different. As a result, I always work with you to come up with the package that I think most accurately reflects your needs.

The coaching process
Depending on where you are and the individual needs of you and your children, coaching may take place either online or face to face if you are based near the Windsor area.
As part of an overall package, there will be a set number of sessions that give you sufficient space to understand what is really going on in the family dynamic and to come up with sustainable strategies to ensure that you are able to resolve the issues.
Depending on the client, I sometimes also work on a longer term ‘call out’ retainer after the initial coaching is completed. This ensures that you have the necessary support going forward to continue with the agreed strategies rather than letting them fall away.

My coaching philosophy
Whilst fully respecting that the coaching process is a serious one, I am also clear that this does not mean that you can not have some fun along the way!
My role is to guide, encourage and hold you to account as you make changes and work towards being the best parent you can possibly be.
I have seen many transformed relationships and heard parents talk about joy and hope returning to their family.
